Roberto Mazzella

Roberto Mazzella started their work experience in 2000 as a Design Team Leader at ATENA Engineering Services GmbH, where they worked until 2002. Roberto then joined EADS Military Aircraft as a Design Team Leader from 2002 to 2004 and later became a Project Leader from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they started working at Premium AEROTEC as the Head of Program Management & Engineering, and also served as the Head of Engineering from 2007 to 2010. Roberto then took on the role of Program Manager from 2010 to 2012, and subsequently became the Head of Engineering from 2012 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Process Owner, responsible for managing multifunctional business process teams and deploying engineering processes. Currently, they are the Head of Sales at Premium AEROTEC.

Roberto Mazzella pursued their Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the Technical University of Munich. Roberto attended the university from 1993 to 2000. In 2013, they enrolled at Henley Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
