Stefan M. is an experienced professional currently serving as a Process Engineer Procurement at Premium AEROTEC, with a tenure beginning in February 2009. Responsibilities include process optimization and deployments, along with contributions as a Projektmanager Digitalisierung, focusing on agile methods, software development, and processes. Stefan M. has also worked on process improvement and business process design in the Configmanagement Program, led improvement projects and lean awareness trainings in Lean & Improvement Management Engineering, and acted as the engineering focal point for technical change management on the A350 program. Prior to Premium AEROTEC, Stefan M. was involved in the A400M MAP/IFA project at Assystem from May 2006 to January 2009.
