Gwun Yee

Gwun Yee has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. Gwun began their career as an Associate at Lang Michener LLP, where they worked until 2002. Gwun then joined Farris LLP as an Associate, practicing corporate and securities law and handling merger and acquisition transactions. In 2006, they moved to TransLink, where they worked as a Corporate Solicitor until 2010. During their time at TransLink, they gained valuable experience in corporate law. From 2010 to 2016, Gwun Yee served as a Senior Associate at McMillan LLP, focusing on various transactions, including acquisitions, private placements, and reverse takeovers. Gwun is currently the Director Legal at Premium Brands Holdings Corporation, overseeing legal issues and providing advice and support to management and employees.

Gwun Yee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Gwun later pursued a law degree, completing their LLB at the same university from 1996 to 1999.
