Lap Tran

LAP TRAN is an experienced engineering professional with over two decades in the oilfield industry. Currently serving as the RCD & Power Swivel Engineering Manager at Premium Oilfield Technologies since September 2019, LAP's expertise includes project management within the design and implementation of cased-hole packers, cementing manifolds, and rotating control devices, gained during a tenure as Project Engineer at Schlumberger from April 2004 to September 2019. Earlier experience includes the role of Engineer I at Weatherford, where LAP focused on the design of cased hole packers and float equipment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and studies in Mechanical Engineering at Lamar University.
