Steven Hayes is a seasoned professional in the oilfield industry with extensive experience spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an MPD Supervisor at Premium Oilfield Technologies since August 2025, Steven previously held positions as an MPD Operator at PETRAM and Rig Manager at both Independence Contract Drilling and Patterson-UTI. Early in the career, Steven worked as a Driller with Seadrill and Helmerich & Payne, and managed drilling operations at Sidewinder Drilling Inc. The educational background includes a High School Diploma in Oil and Gas from Jena High School, completed in 2001.
