Ryan Kilkelly has extensive experience in manufacturing operations. Ryan started as the 1st employee at punker LLC, where Ryan built and managed a successful US manufacturing plant. Their achievements include significant sales growth and EBITDA increase year over year. Ryan also led the organization through a successful relocation during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout their career, Ryan has shown expertise in project management, team leadership, lean manufacturing techniques, and continuous improvement strategies. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
