Harini Tadepalli has worked in a variety of roles in the data science and analytics field. Harini began their career in 2013 as an IoT Sensors Data Intern for National Instruments India. In 2014, they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst - Decision Making for the National Institute of Technology. In 2015, they worked as a Business Systems Co-op for BJ's Wholesale Club. From 2016 to 2022, Harini worked for Zebra Technologies in various roles, including Sr. Customer Success Analyst, ML Analytics Lead, Sr. Customer Success Analyst, and Analytics Consultant - Profitect Inc. Harini also worked as a Data Science Research Assistant for Northeastern University in 2016. In 2022, they began working as a Senior Data Analyst for Prenuvo and as a Student, Data Science for The Data Incubator.

Harini Tadepalli has a diverse educational background. Harini obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Amrita University between 2010 and 2014. Harini then earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University between 2014 and 2016.
