Mihir Kurdukar

Mihir’s role is cross-functional to both Actuarial and API teams, encompassing various activities such as prospect support, data analytics, PharmaLogic® maintenance, and product development. His major responsibility is to analyze prospects’ claims data and their PBM contract to estimate potential savings. Prior to joining Remedy, he worked as an Assistant Technical Consultant at Saankhya Technosystems in India, where he was responsible for the customization and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP software for Saankhya’s clients as per their business needs. Mihir also served as a BI data analyst Intern at RR Donnelly, where he was responsible for understanding business requirements, extraction and loading of research and project data and implementation of machine-learning techniques to identify trends. He has experience in Tableau, Python, SQL, and various other tools required for data analysis. Mihir pursued a master’s in management information systems from the University of Illinois Chicago, and he holds a bachelor’s in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Pune, India.
