Raheela Khan-FitzGerald is the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Preoptima, leading the growth of the Planning Application Carbon Evaluation and Reduction (PACER) tool across London and the UK since March 2025. Previously, Raheela was an Architect and Whole Life Carbon & Sustainability Designer at Hawkins\Brown from August 2018 to January 2024, contributing to multiple sustainability projects and the development of the Hawkins\Brown Emission Reduction Toolkit (H\B:ERT). Raheela has also worked as an Architectural Assistant in various firms, including Thread Architects and Hawkins\Brown, and served as a tour guide for the Glasgow School of Art Mackintosh Building. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Architecture from The Glasgow School of Art, a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from the University of Westminster, and a Bachelor of Architecture from ETSAM, among others.
