Patricia Gagliardi is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting high-level executives and managing complex operations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to Mike Phillips at PREP Property Group since July 2018, Patricia previously held the role of Executive Assistant to the President at Primestor Development Inc. from January 2008 to February 2018. At Primestor, responsibilities included overseeing the president’s schedule, improving operational workflows, training new employees, and managing financial assets, while also serving as a knowledgeable liaison across departments. Patricia's background in mortgage processing includes senior roles at U.S. Mortgage Capital, Inc. and Horizon Mortgage Bankers, where responsibilities involved processing loan files and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. Patricia attended California State University, Northridge and holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Los Angeles Pierce College.
