Stuart Bloj

Stuart Bloj currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Preparis, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Bloj held the position of General Counsel at Agility Recovery from October 2017 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing corporate governance, overseeing legal compliance, and advising on strategic acquisitions. Bloj's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Legal at Markit, where legal affairs for various product lines were managed, and as Vice President of Legal for North America, establishing the company’s first U.S. legal department. Bloj began a career in law at AllianceBernstein, focusing on contract management for significant asset management operations. Bloj earned a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law and a BA in History and Political Economy from Tulane University.
