Helene Pratt

Helene Pratt is a seasoned UX Researcher with extensive experience in the field, currently working at Preply since March 2024. Previously, Helene served as Lead UX Researcher at Pollinate from July 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included the design and execution of diverse research projects across products and markets. Helene's background also encompasses roles such as Insights Manager, Consultant, and Graduate Consultant at Sparkler, and a Research Analyst position at Third Bridge Group Limited. Additional experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Xcellin Ltd, co-founding a non-profit furniture refurbishment business, and completing internships at Vodafone and ZOOQ. Helene holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and Contemporary Chinese Studies from the University of Nottingham, complemented by a high school education at Hardenhuish Sixth Form and The British School of Brussels.
