Majlinda X. is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in optometry, business training, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Optometrist and Sales representative at GrandOptical since February 2025, Majlinda also founded The Debate Academy in August 2023, which offers an inclusive online platform for teenagers to develop public speaking and critical thinking skills. Additionally, Majlinda has been an Online Business English Corporate Trainer at Preply since September 2017, specializing in enhancing communication skills for a global clientele. With prior experience as an Optometrist at Tirana Retina Institute and an internship at Malaya Optometrist Optical, Majlinda has developed a strong foundation in patient care and eye health. Majlinda's educational background includes a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of Luxembourg, an MBA in marketing from ACT - American College of Thessaloniki, and a BSc (Hons) in Optometry from UCSI.
