Montse Calzadilla Mirada

Montse Calzadilla Mirada is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a People Partner Specialist at Preply since September 2024. Previously, Montse held the position of Talent Acquisition Lead at Sunhero and was an interim Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Glovo, where responsibilities included team management and sourcing for engineering, data, and product roles. With a background in sales and customer service at ROMEU Y CIA and experience as an assistant psychologist, Montse has a strong foundation in interpersonal skills. Montse holds multiple degrees from Universitat de Barcelona, including a Master’s in Leadership and Team Management and a Master's in Talent Management, as well as a Bachelor in Psychology from Københavns Universitet.
