Eleonora Viola has a diverse work experience in various industries. Eleonora began their career as a Junior Event Assistant at AIM Group International in 2017. Eleonora then worked as a Business Affairs & Acquisition Assistant at Sky Italia, where they were responsible for liaising with movie production companies and compiling business reports. After that, they joined Sposarmi.it as a Content Editor, creating website content in the marriage sector. In 2019, they worked as a Sponsorship & Event Coordinator at HRC International Group. In 2020, they became a Marketing Manager at Dominanza Digitale, where they developed and executed influencer marketing strategies. Currently, they are working at Alkemy enabling evolution as a Junior People & Culture, and their responsibilities include talent acquisition and employer branding projects.

Eleonora Viola completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public and Business Communication from Sapienza Università di Roma, from the year 2013 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management at 24ORE Business School, starting from the year 2021.
