Polina Raevskaya

Polina Raevskaya has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Polina started their career as a graphic designer at OFFF, let's feed the future, where they worked on projects such as the Offf Paris 2010 graphic campaign and an interactive installation called Fancyrence. Polina then joined EyeOs as a UI designer, focusing on redesigning and adapting the Front-end framework for eyeOS customers.

In 2013, Polina moved to Redbooth as an Interaction and Visual Designer, witnessing the company's growth from a freemium app to an enterprise collaboration tool with a focus on team chat. Polina then joined Booking.com, where they held various roles and contributed to building a strong design community. As a Mobile Apps Designer, Polina worked on improving the user experience for travelers using the Booking.com App, specifically focusing on the Convert funnel.

At Booking.com, they progressed to become a Senior Designer, focusing on creating a design community, mentoring and coaching designers, and bridging the gap between Product and Design organizations. As a Lead Designer, Polina played a key role in building a community of UX professionals in the Customer Support area, as well as contributing to the company-wide Design Council.

Currently, Polina is working at Preply as a Design Manager, leading and managing a team of designers. Although their role at Preply started in 2023, the exact dates and duration are not provided.
