Fred Zhang

Fred Zhang has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Fred began their career as a Summer Analyst at Jane Street in 2007. In 2008, they moved to Citadel LLC as an ITAP Analyst, where they developed weather models and risk-factor models. In 2009, they worked as an Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury and as a PhD Economics Researcher at Harvard University. In 2013, they became a Co-Founder at PrepScholar and in 2019 they founded Freedom Equity Properties. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder at Web3 Company.

Fred Zhang attended Harvard University from 2005 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics in 2009 and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Economics in 2013. In 2006, they also attended Y Combinator's Summer 2006 Batch program in Entrepreneurship.
