Sajan Johari has a solid background in talent acquisition with experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2008 as a Technical Recruiter at Pyramid Consulting, Sajan then progressed to Team Lead Recruitment at IDC Technologies, Inc., and later became the Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Accion Labs. In 2015, Sajan joined Mancer Consulting Services as a Talent Acquisition Lead, where they handled recruitment for clients across IT and Tech Product hiring vertical. From 2019 to 2021, Sajan worked as a Talent Acquisition Lead at IDEMIA, responsible for niche Product hiring and leadership hiring for the Digital, Payments, and Public Security and Identity Business Unit.
