Sam Owen

Sam Owen is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the alternative assets, technology, and service industries. Currently serving as AVP of Sales on the West Coast for Preqin since November 2020, Sam leads a team focused on Enterprise and Mid-Market Institutional Investor and Service Provider Sales. Prior roles include Account Executive positions at Conversica and iPass, where Sam successfully engaged mid-market businesses and managed sales development operations across multiple regions. Sam also honed skills in strategic account planning and messaging at Apttus, driving significant new business opportunities. Earlier career experiences include a District Manager role at ADP and community relations internships with the Los Angeles Kings. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a marketing major from the University of Arizona.
