Ron Whitson

Ron Whitson is a seasoned professional in the field of sales engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Career Advisor and Mentor at PreSales Academy since October 2022, Ron shares valuable insights with students and helps them develop their skills. As a Leadership Member at PreSales Collective, the focus is on supporting PreSales professionals globally by providing essential resources and mentorship. Previously, Ron held key positions at Seismic, including Vice President of Global Presales Services and Regional Vice President of Global Sales Engineering Services, leading teams in empowering the sales organization and driving effective sales strategies. With a background that includes senior roles at Percolate Inc. and Bentley Systems, Ron has a strong track record of delivering product demonstrations, managing RFI/RFP processes, and contributing to product development feedback, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
