Jared Dean is a seasoned professional with a robust background in law enforcement and ministry. Currently serving as a Pastoral Intern at Liberty Church PCA and as a Police Chaplain for the Presbyterian and Reformed Chaplain Commission since September 2022, Jared has also held pastoral intern positions at Chapelgate Presbyterian Church. Since January 2009, Jared has been employed as a Police Officer with the Howard County Police Department, where responsibilities have included community outreach, crime prevention, and patrolling various districts in Columbia, MD. Jared’s earlier career includes service in the United States Marine Corps, where the rank of Sergeant was achieved, specializing as an Infantry Rifleman. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Theology from Metro Baltimore Seminary and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Carroll Community College.
