Ryan Baca

Ryan Baca, MBA, CPXP, serves as the Care Experience Executive Director at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, contributing extensive expertise in patient experience and communication. Previously, Ryan held roles as a Patient Experience Leader and Senior Communication Specialist within the same organization. In addition to current responsibilities, Ryan is active in governance as the Board Chair and Board Member at Adelante Development Center, Inc. Furthermore, Ryan has served as the Corporate Communication Lead and Spokesperson at PNM Resources. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from Eastern New Mexico University and has furthered education at The University of New Mexico.
