Debra Waedt

Debra Waedt has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Debra started their career as an Administrator at Grace Lutheran Foundation Inc. in 1994, where they worked until 2001. Debra then moved on to MN Masonic Home, where they served as the Director of Operations from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, Debra joined Benedictine Health System as an Administrator and stayed with the company until 2007. Debra then joined Presbyterian Homes & Services, where they held various roles including Campus Administrator at Boutwells Landing from 2007 to 2011 and Regional Operations Director from 2011 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Debra served as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Presbyterian Homes & Services. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Partnership Management & Systems Alignment at the same company.

Debra Waedt completed their education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. From 1987 to 1991, they pursued a degree in Health Care Administration and attained an HCAD. Following that, they obtained an MBA in Business from the same university during 1994 to 1996.
