Ben Durham

EVP at PRESBYTERIAN HOMES & SERVICES OF KENTUCKY, INC

Ben Durham serves Presbyterian Homes of Kentucky as Executive Vice President. In this role, he oversees the administration of the corporate office with a focus on company culture, business operations, and corporate compliance. Ben is passionate about the mission of Presbyterian Homes and the company’s commitment to being a relational organization that puts people—residents, families, staff, volunteers, and partners—first.

Ben officially joined the Presbyterian Homes team in 2019 as executive director of Rose Anna Hughes Home, but has been involved in the community for over twenty years. His grandmother was a longtime resident on the Louisville campus, and several members of his family have served the company in various roles. Previously, Ben worked in higher education as a faculty member and program director. He also has professional experience in the arts (music and theatre) and in church music. The diversity of his experience helps him to contribute creatively and effectively to organizational management, especially in areas of community life, systems administration, and strategic planning.
