Alicia Viramontes

Alicia Viramontes, MBA, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources. Alicia started their career in 2008 as a Staffing Manager at Ajilon, where they worked until 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they served as a Personnel Team Leader at Cambrian Homecare. In 2013, Alicia joined Hospice Touch as a Human Resources Generalist, and then moved on to PIH Health in 2014. At PIH Health, Alicia held various roles including Sr. Professional Staffing Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Alicia's experience spans management, staffing, and generalist roles, making their a well-rounded professional in the field of human resources.

Alicia Viramontes holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, which they obtained from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Long Beach from 2000 to 2005. In 2015, they obtained the certification of SHRM-CP from SHRM.
