Anda Jines MS, LPCC, currently serves as the Clinical Services Administrator for Behavioral Health at Presbyterian Medical Services since May 2017, where responsibilities include initial screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and documentation for mental health clients. Previously, Anda Jines worked as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Hoover and Associates from October 2008 to April 2017, and provided therapy services as an Adult Counseling Services Therapist for Southern Illinois Regional Social Services from February 2003 to July 2008. Additional experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor for a transitional program assisting mentally ill adolescents and working as a GA counselor at the SIUC Wellness Center, focusing on stress management, substance abuse, and sexuality issues. Anda Jines holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.

Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) is the successor to the United Presbyterian Church's Medical Mission work in the Southwest, which began in 1901. In 1969, a New Mexico based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation was formed to ensure continuation of the mission to provide health care services to the underserved communities throughout the Southwest.
