Chris Wickberg Cgc, Ap

Chris Wickberg has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Chris is currently the Vice President of Design and Construction at Westminster Communities of Florida since 2014. Prior to that, they founded their own company, Wickberg Group, Inc., in 2007, where they served as President. In 2010, they also served as President of Viridus Energy. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Executive at Gilbane Building Company from 2003 to 2005. Chris also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Skanska from 1995 to 2003, where they led a team and achieved profitability goals, implemented training programs, and developed new business prospects.

Chris Wickberg, CGC, LEED AP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences. Chris also completed Post Baccalaureate work in Civil Engineering at the University of Florida. Additionally, they hold a BS degree in Civil Engineering with a field of study in Construction Management from Clemson University. Chris Wickberg has achieved several certifications, including being a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and a LEED AP certified by the Green Building Certification Institute. Chris has also obtained a SF-86 National Security Clearance Level "Secret" from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and a certification in Stormwater Management from the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
