Gary Kowalczyk, a seasoned professional in real estate and property management, currently serves as the Director of Supportive Housing at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network since August 2025. With extensive experience, Gary held key roles including Regional Vice President at RPM Living, and Assistant Regional Vice President at Wallick Communities, where responsibilities included the evaluation and onboarding of newly acquired properties. Over a long career spanning more than two decades, Gary founded and managed Taylor Cole Realty Services as a Broker of Record, and has been instrumental in driving property operations at various companies, such as WinnCompanies and Forest City Residential Management. Additionally, Gary has contributed to the education of aspiring real estate professionals as a Real Estate Instructor at Polley Associates. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Management from Peirce College.
