Chris Dunbar

Christopher Dunbar was named the VP of Operations and Chief Staffing Officer of Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center (P/SL) and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children (RMHC) in June of 2018. Chris is responsible for the departments of Environmental Services, Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, Security, Biomed, Food and Nutrition Services, Respiratory Therapy, Concierge and Valet Services, Sleep Lab, Volunteer Services, Wound Care, Diabetes Management, Hyperbaric Medicine, Pastoral Care and Pulmonary Rehab.

Prior to joining P/SL and RMHC, Chris served as an Operations Leader and Assistant Chief Staffing Officer at The Medical Center of Aurora. Chris earned his Masters of Science in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Denver and his Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Chris enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Active in the community, Chris is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and participates in the academic advisory board for Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Healthcare Management program.
