Ayn Swann is a seasoned arts educator and administrator with extensive experience in program development and execution across various educational and artistic organizations. Currently serving as a Parent Educator at Preschool Promise, Inc., Ayn has previously held roles such as Museum Educator at The Dayton Art Institute, where responsibilities included delivering educational programs and managing community events. Notable experience also includes office management at Pacesetter Painting, INC., contributing to human resources and operational tasks, and serving as Company Manager for the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, overseeing wardrobe and contract management.
