Carl Soan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and consulting within the Life Sciences and Financial Services sectors. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Prescient Healthcare Group since January 2022, Carl previously held the position of Senior Consultant - European Life Sciences at Aerotek from January 2020 to January 2022, specializing in staffing for various critical functions in the Life Science industry. Prior to that, Carl was a Senior Consultant and Account Manager at Aston Carter, leading the Financial Services Consulting team from July 2012 to January 2020. Carl's expertise encompasses corporate strategy, organizational design, technology strategy, business process improvement, supply chain management, and operational excellence. Carl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from the University of Kent between 2009 and 2012.
