Jessica Gill, Assoc. CIPD, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people management and development. Currently serving as a Global Senior People Partner at Prescient since February 2022, Jessica has previously held key roles such as People and Culture Manager at Strategic North and Human Resources Business Partner at Charles Stanley & Co. Limited. Jessica's expertise encompasses consultation and restructuring projects, learning and development initiatives, and building strategic relationships within organizations. Academically, Jessica holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
