Oliver Stokes

Oliver joined Prescient from 6 years in the financial services sector, where he was responsible for reorganising and optimising the performance of St James’s Place’s 6oo-strong management team. He finished at St James’s Place as the Director of Partnership Support, responsible for all the Business-to-Business support to 5000 financial advisers and 2,700 business owners. Before that, Oliver spent 23 years in the British Army, serving across the world. Highlights include leading 4th Infantry Brigade, reorganising the Army’s structure and responsibility for overseas operations as a senior leader in the UK Ministry of Defence. Oliver is married to Kirsty and has three teenage sons. Oliver joins Prescient’s Senior Leadership Team as the Chief People Officer and is looking forward to supporting the growth of Prescient’s people and the business.
