Kaydee Desai

Kaydee Desai is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Senior Product Designer at Presence since April 2023. Previously, as Lead Product Designer at Dialpad from December 2016 to October 2022, Kaydee led the design vision for Dialpad's unified customer experience, collaborated closely with C-suite leadership, and worked across multiple teams to ensure a cohesive product design. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Product Designer and UX Designer at Dialpad, where Kaydee focused on messaging experiences and user onboarding. Prior positions include UI/UX Designer at BOLD, where a notable project achieved a 50% increase in conversion rates, as well as Junior Graphic Designer at Mindjet and various graphic design internships. Kaydee holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University.
