Yasmin M. Gamboa

Yasmin M. Gamboa serves as the Associate General Counsel and Privacy Officer at PresenceLearning since April 2019. Previously, Gamboa held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Tutor.com and The Princeton Review from June 2016 to April 2019, and served as Corporate Secretary at TheStreet Foundation from April 2014 to June 2016. Additionally, Gamboa worked as Corporate Counsel for TheStreet, providing legal advice to a publicly traded financial media company between October 2013 and June 2016. Early legal experience includes serving as a Student Attorney at Rutgers Law School's Special Education Law Clinic in 2012 and various roles in other organizations, including Kaplan, Inc., Modern Publishing, and Face Forward. Yasmin M. Gamboa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School, completed in 2013, and has a background in editorial and project management.
