Florencia Estrade

Florencia Estrade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, innovation, and sustainable development. As a Co-founder and Board Member of The League of Intrapreneurs since November 2013, Florencia plays a key role in fostering a global community of innovators within established institutions. Additionally, as a Faculty member and part of the founding team of the Ecosystem Leadership Program at the Presencing Institute, Florencia applies Theory U for societal and economic transformation. With a strong background in consultancy as the Founding Partner and CEO of Cria Global, as well as teaching sustainable leadership at Fundação Dom Cabral, Florencia has contributed significantly to various organizations, including CDI and McKinsey & Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in International Business from Universidad Católica del Uruguay.
