Brandy Strand

Brandy Strand is an experienced nonprofit professional currently serving as the Executive Director of Preservation Utah since July 2023. Prior to this role, Brandy Strand held the position of Nonprofit Partnerships Account Executive at pointapp from September 2022 to July 2023. Brandy Strand's extensive background includes serving as the Director of Community Relationships and Director of Operations at the Utah Nonprofits Association from November 2018 to September 2022. Additionally, Brandy Strand worked at the Girl Scouts of Utah for over five years, where roles included Senior Manager of Leadership and Teen Programs, Director of Programs, and Program Manager. Earlier in Brandy Strand's career, the role of Out of School Time Specialist was held at the Utah Afterschool Network from February 2009 to January 2013. Brandy Strand earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Utah and also holds an Associate's degree in General studies from Salt Lake Community College.
