Vitor Avila

Vitor Avila is a Technical Support Manager at Preset, where Vitor provides application support for Confluence on Cloud environment. With previous experience at e-Core as a Senior Support Engineer for Atlassian, Vitor has a strong background in resolving technical issues and supporting customers. Prior to their current roles, Vitor was an IT Specialist at Dell and also founded their own audio repair service center, Musifix Audio Repair Service Center. Vitor holds a degree in System Analysis and Development and a Technician degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
