Alejandro Alvarado

Alejandro Alvarado is an experienced professional in innovation and customer service, currently serving as a Specialist in Innovation at the Presidencia de la Republica de El Salvador since August 2020. Previously, Alejandro worked as an Innovation Analyst at Banco Scotiabank/Custatlan, where development of innovation processes using design thinking methodology was a key responsibility. Alejandro also has a background in technical support, having served as a Help Desk Support Specialist at Convergys/Concentrix. Early career experience includes a role as a telephone operator at Teleperformance. Alejandro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas, along with certificates in Planning and Development of Science and Technology Parks and a diploma in Customer Service.
