Willard Dumas

Willard Dumas is an accomplished professional in the field of development and individual giving with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Gifts at Lambda Legal since December 2016, Willard has also held the position of Director of Individual Giving at the National Trust for Historic Preservation since October 2013. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development at Howard Brown Health Center and as National Major Gifts Officer at Lambda Legal. Willard's earlier roles include positions at Howard Brown Health Center and About Face Theatre. An accomplished academic, Willard holds a Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Washington and Lee University.
