Valerie Lucero-Cimmarusti

Valerie Lucero-Cimmarusti has a strong background in regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and clinical operations. Valerie is currently the Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Presidio Medical, Inc. In their previous role as the Senior Director of Quality and Regulatory at Quest Diagnostics, they were responsible for ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Regulatory, Quality & Clinical at Ormco and Vice President of Regulatory/Design Assurance at KaVo Kerr. Valerie also has experience as an independent consultant and has held leadership positions at DiaSorin Molecular LLC, Focus Diagnostics, Boston Scientific, Posey Company, and STAAR Surgical. Their expertise and extensive work experience make their a valuable asset in the field of regulatory affairs and quality assurance.

Valerie Lucero-Cimmarusti earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology, with a minor in Chemistry, from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 1981 to 1985. Subsequently, they completed the VA Wadsworth Medical Technology Internship from 1985 to 1986, acquiring a license as a Medical Technologist in the state of California and with the ASCP certification.
