John Brawley

John Brawley currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Presidio since May 2025. Prior to this role, John held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Maverick Natural Resources, LLC from September 2018 to March 2025. John's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and M&A and Treasurer at SandRidge Energy, as well as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Development. Additionally, John was Vice President of Capital Markets and CFO at CEBA Midstream, LP, and co-head of the Houston office at Guggenheim Partners, focusing on energy-related capital investments. Earlier in John’s career, experience included roles as Financial Consultant at ATP Oil & Gas Corporation, an Analyst at Lehman Brothers, and a Structured Finance Intern at PwC. John Brawley holds a BA in Economics and Biological Sciences from Rice University and an MBA in Finance from Rice Business.
