Katie Rosenfeld

Katie Rosenfeld has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of industries. Starting in 1998, they worked at the YMCA of San Francisco as a Preschool Teacher and Camp Director until 2002. From 2002 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Alliant International University, including Center Administrative Coordinator, Assistant to the Director of Campus and Student Services, Psychopharmacology Program Assistant, Dissertation Coordinator, and Admissions Assistant. In 2005, Katie worked as an Editor and Reviewer for Ballet-Dance Magazine/CriticalDance. Katie then joined the Bi-Rite Family of Businesses in 2013, where they served as a People Systems & Communications Administrator and later as an HR and Payroll Coordinator. In 2017, Katie became an HR Manager at Vine Solutions before moving on to work as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at the San Francisco Chronicle and SFGATE from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Payroll & Personnel Specialist at the Presidio Trust. Throughout their career, Katie has gained experience in payroll and personnel management, human resources, customer service, administration, and education.

Katie Rosenfeld obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from San Francisco State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on Ballet from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where they studied from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Hearst INCLUDE Certified Change Agent from Hearst in August 2021.
