Eric Groene

Eric Groene is an accomplished sales and engineering executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Contact Center Sales at Presidio since August 2024, Eric previously held prominent roles such as Regional Vice President of Sales Engineering at Calix and Alliances Sales Director at Avaya, where responsibilities included managing alliances and providing technical expertise across various cloud solutions. With a notable tenure at Mitel, leading a global team to achieve significant quotas and driving strategic partnerships, Eric has also been involved in roles focused on sales engineering, technical operations, and channel sales. Eric's earlier experiences include consulting services and managerial roles in network engineering, complemented by academic qualifications including a Bachelor's in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Edgewood College.
