Jena McDonald

Jena McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT solution architecture and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Managed Services ServiceNow DevOps at Presidio since July 2019, Jena previously held positions including Network Architect and IT Solution Architect at Atos, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of big data solutions and ServiceNow integrations.
