Michael Kwak

Michael Kwak has extensive experience in network infrastructure and technical support, currently serving as a Delivery Center Engineer - Collaboration at Presidio since August 2013. In this role, Michael provides Tier 2 level Cisco UC/VoIP support for over 100 clients, including prominent organizations such as ESPN and Dow Jones. Previously, Michael worked as a Level 2 and Level 1 NOC Engineer at BlueWater Communications Group and as a Systems Engineer at Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included the pre-installation staging of financial data systems. Early career experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center and as an Electronics Technician with the United States Postal Service. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The City College of the City University of New York (CCNY).
