Mark Saad has extensive experience in leadership and governance roles within the biotechnology and financial sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Board Member at NuLids, LLC since February 2018, Mark is also a Board Member at 3X4 Genetics, Axsome Therapeutics, and Presidium Health, among others, showcasing a robust commitment to advancing healthcare innovation. Previously, Mark held key financial positions, including CFO at Bird Rock Bio, Inc. and Cytori Therapeutics, as well as significant roles at UBS Investment Bank and citi Securities. Mark Saad earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and History from Villanova University between 1988 and 1992.
