Linda Gruson has over 20 years of professional experience in product development and operations, customer service and marketing, and new business development. Linda began their career in 1990 as a Marketing Manager for Avon Cosmetics GmbH in Munich, Germany. In 1998, they moved to Avon Cosmetics in the US as a Marketing Manager- Global Fragrances Development Center. In 1999, they joined Davlyn Industries Inc. as Vice President, Customer Service & Marketing/New Business Development. From 2002 to 2006, they served as Product Manager at QVC. In 2006, they became Director of Operations at Clean Beauty Collective Inc. and in 2018, they held the same role at Liquid Keratin Inc. and Spencer Barnes LA Beauty Inc. In 2018, they also co-founded Patika Pets. Lastly, in 2019, they founded Backend Beauty, providing solution-based, end-to-end supply chain services. Currently, they are a Digital Account Executive at Presperse Corporation.
