Clark Mester has a diverse work experience in the fields of security and law enforcement. Clark started their career as a Police Officer at the Ocean City Police Department in 2001, where they received specialized training in fraudulent ID and counterfeit currency detection. Clark later worked as the Head of Security at multiple restaurant and bar locations in the Erie area, specializing in opening new venues, developing security plans, and training in fraudulent ID detection. In 2007, Clark joined Gannon University as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach, overseeing video collection and scouting, equipment management, and assisting with travel organization and summer youth camps. In the same year, they also started working at Presque Isle Downs and Casino, where they held various positions, including Security Officer, Security Shift Supervisor, Security Shift Manager, and Manager of Security. Currently, they serve as the Director of Security and is responsible for the security of all gaming and horse racing operations, overseeing a large staff and ensuring compliance while providing an enjoyable guest experience.

Clark Mester attended Mercyhurst Preparatory School from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a high school diploma with honors. From 1998 to 2002, they attended Penn State University, but there is no information regarding a degree obtained or the field of study. In 2001, they briefly attended Wor-Wic Community College to pursue a degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting, and Related Protective Services at the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy.
