Cindy Beale

Cindy Beale is a seasoned professional in sales and engineering with extensive experience in quality management and continuous improvement methodologies. With a tenure at Presrite Corporation since September 2011, Cindy has held the positions of Director of Sales and Engineering and Director of Corporate Sales, focusing on closed die forging. Prior to that, Cindy served as Corporate Quality Director and Master Blackbelt at Kaydon Corporation, where responsibilities included implementing Lean Manufacturing and training employees. Earlier roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Textron Fastening Systems, Technical Support and Quote Specialist at McMaster Carr Supply, and Application Engineer at Wurth Service Supply. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Akron and certifications from Kent State University and Textron University.
